LSM Familiar Faces Receive Accolades for Client Service Excellence

Congratulations to Financial Advisor Ed Turbush, CFP LSM '10 and current board member and to Senior Branch Office Administrator Carrie Kelly, a member of LSM's current 2014 program

Senior Branch Office Administrator (BOA) Carrie Kelly and BOA Lynn Taylor have been honored for their client service excellence. Carrie and Lynn work in the office of Financial Advisor Edward Turbush, CFP. The office has consistently been in the top 10 offices in the nation, and achieved the top position in Client Service Excellence in the firm's approximately 12,000 branch offices for 5 of the last 6 months. They recently received the top Client Service award in the region for the 3rd consecutive year. These honors were bestowed based upon the results of a survey in which random clients were asked to rank the service they received from the staff of their local Edward Jones branch office. The survey identified Turbush, Kelly and Taylor as providing some of the most exemplary client service within the firm.
 
As a result of their continued service excellence, for the second consecutive year Carrie has been invited to represent the office at the national Branch Office Administrator's Managing Partner's Conference in November at the firm's headquarters in St. Louis. The three-day meeting will pool more than 350 of Edward Jones' BOAs to collectively recognize and reward their client service excellence, as well as take time to pinpoint the critical activities necessary to provide excellent client service.

As an added accolade, Carrie was asked to be one of 3 speakers chosen from the group, and will address the attendees to discuss some of the practices used in the office to achieve top client service. Her presentation will be taped and played in branch offices throughout the country so that all BOAs will have the opportunity to learn from Carrie and her 2 fellow speakers.
